胡醫師2010年畢業於香港中文大學中醫學院，並於2013年取得碩士學位，畢業後於非政府機構診所任職中醫師超過10年，亦經常負責講座及擔任中醫課程導師。
胡醫師現於英國愛丁堡執業，提供實體診症及視像診症服務，運用中藥及針灸治療各種病症，強調日常飲食及生活習慣之調攝養生，尤其擅長治療婦科(月經失調、不孕症、更年期綜合症)、急性損傷、慢性痛症，此外對內科(感冒、咳嗽、鼻敏感、腸胃不適、失眠)、外科(濕疹、暗瘡)、兒科等亦有豐富臨床經驗。

Amy studied a 5-year Chinese Medicine Bachelor degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and graduated with First Class Honor in 2010 and then finished her Master degree in 2013. She has worked in a non-government organization clinic in Hong Kong for over 10 years. She also held talks and taught classes about Chinese medicine knowledges.
Amy is now practicing in Edinburgh as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Her approach is rooted in the traditional Chinese medicine system and incorporates herbal medicine, acupuncture, dietary advice and lifestyle counselling. She is experienced in treating various health conditions, including gynecology, infertility, dermatology, acute injury and chronic pain, depression and more.
